Paul S. Bartley is the  Director of the Program Support Center, a federal shared services operation  hosted at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He oversees  the management and delivery of over 40 services and products to  PSC's customers worldwide. He has worked for L-3  Communications, where he led a media program in an international setting. He was Chief of Staff to the Director of the International Broadcasting Bureau, Senior Advisor for Management to the Director of Voice of America.  Paul is an avid contributor on the OpenGov platform.
