Ahmed currently is PhD candidate in IBS-UTM (International Business School - Universiti Teknologi Malaysia) and holds MBA degree from the University of Atlanta in USA and Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering from Cairo University of Egypt. His PhD thesis is Data Driven Customer Experience and the RoadMap to deliver Happiness.
Ahmed has over 15 years of professional experience in Gov. Service development, Service delivery, Customer Experience Strategy, Research & Consultancy, Service Excellence and Organizational development in both government and private sector corporations, where he led different related initiatives in different UAE gov. entities. In addition to his extensive experience in one of the leading Market Research and studies firms where he was leading the Customer satisfaction studies (MENA Gov. Champion)
