Dr. Adi Budiarso, FCPA (Aust.) is Chief of Organisational Transformation Officer at the Central Transformation Office, Indonesian Ministry of Finance. He was appointed to this position by the Finance Minister on 1 September 2014. Adi’s main task is to deliver the organizational transformation initiatives in line with the aspiration in developing a world class Indonesian Ministry of Finance in the 21th Century. He graduated from the Professional Doctorate in Business Administration, University of Canberra in 2013/2014. He has been involved in the Indonesian Ministry of Finance team reform since 2006. He used to be the Deputy Director of the Minister of Finance’s Delivery Unit, acting as the team leader in developing the strategy management office in purpose to coordinate the cascading process of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard strategic performance management system throughout 12 units under the Ministry of Finance from Echelon I down to Echelon III during 2007-2009. Adi holds Felow Australian Practicing Acountant (FCPA) since 2017, a Master of Accounting from Marshall Business School, the University of Southern California, USA in 2001 and Diploma IV in Accounting from the State College of Accountancy (STAN), Jakarta in 1997.
