Helen Perez- Macasaet is the ICT Consultant of the Supreme Court of the Philippines since 2013. She provides technical and policy advice to the Office of the Chief Justice in the implementation of its Judiciary Enterprise Information System Plan for 2014 – 2019 and all its ICT Infrastructure.Helen Perez- Macasaet was the President and CEO of Pentathlon IT Asia Inc and Pentathlon Systems Resources Inc,  since 1999 up to end 2013. She has been in the ICT industry for more than thirty (30) years and has been a recognized senior technology expert and consultant advising senior executive teams both in private companies and government institutions. These include consulting on the business value of ICT and controlling the risks of information technology program implementations. She specializes in systems integration management, business reengineering, digital strategy development and information systems planning through to ICT solution implementation management. She has served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of various institutions including a manufacturing company and in one of the largest universal banks in the Philippines.  She also headed an international ICT consulting firm operations in the Philippines and Asia and several local software companies. Her international experience  include working in  large ICT projects in Australia and various project assignments in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. In the Philippines, she has helped many CEOs through large scale transformations and worked with them to improve the effectiveness of their ICT programs.She was the Principal Consultant of the infamous GSIS crash, the biggest ICT disaster in the history of the Philippines.  She fixed the ICT systems in GSIS and to date, the ICT architecture she has set up is still being usedShe is a regular speaker and lecturer in various conferences and IT fora and a US Certified CRM Program Manager and Specialist. She takes lead in various ICT advocacies in the Philippines including serving as Chair of the MAP ICT Committee for several years and Technical Working Group Chair of the ICT Governance Committee of the National Competitiveness Council of the Philippines.   Helen graduated from Philippine Science High School and has a degree of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics for Teachers from the Philippine Normal College, Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and completed all her academic requirements for a Phd in Education Major in Research & Evaluation at the the University of the Philippines. Helen is a Certified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program Manager, San Francisco,    USA Feb 1999 and  a Certified CRM Specialist, San Francisco, USA Feb 1999She completed Landmark Education Curriculum for Living (Landmark Forum, LFIA,Advance Course, Introduction Leaders Program) and seminars (Direct Access,Communication Access to Power, Communications Advance Course, Creativity,Living Powerfully, Being Extraordinary, New Performance and Leadership Program of Business Breakthrough Technologies-Bangkok)  Philippine Normal University (PNU) Eminent Alumna Awardee 2013
