Ramdan Pradarma is currently the Vice President Airport Services of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) where he is responsible to develop, leverage, and increase airport service level for all 13 airports. In the last 12 months, he has successfully established 165 Customer Service Officers, 40 Airport Ambassadors & Contact Center Bandara 172 that makes Sultan Hasanuddin Airport – Makassar “The Most Improved Airport – Asia Pacific” and Bali Airport I Custi Ngurah Rai “The 3rd Best Airport in Class (15 – 25 Million) 2016”.
Throughout his career, Ramdan has acquired extensive experience in generating innovative strategy and revenue from non-aeronautical aspects of airport. As an IT graduate, Ramdan started working with EDP Metrodata Electronics in 1992. Two years later, he joined PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero)/ AP1 at MIS unit in HQ, Jakarta. Since then, he has occupied different positions at various airports under AP1. In 2013, he was appointed as the representative of AP1 to manage a new substantial pilot project in I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport – Bali, Commercial Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
