WEF releases framework to assist business decisions regarding blockchain adoption


The framework consists of a decision tree composed of a sequence of questions, that assists
in deciding whether a blockchain is the correct approach for a particular
business or not.
NIST document provides definitions for fog and mist computing


The document provides the conceptual model of fog computing
and its subsidiary mist computing, and aims to place these concepts in relation
to cloud computing and edge computing. Fog computing is defined by NIST as ‘a
layered model for enabling ubiquitous access to a shared continuum of scalable
